********** is a warm & thoughtful specialist. He was at my home to finish a project as we were waiting for a special part. He did a fantastic job and treated my home and me with respect. Mr. ********************** has the absolute best of the best skilled tradesmen coming to my home. I would call them again in a heartbeat, which I have.

Estimator charged $72.00 to give me a price for weather stripping of $350.00.Long story short.....I was charged over $400.00 for a job that I could have done myself for weather stripping from ********** for about $75.00. Unfortunately since I am a senior on a budget living alone, I believe the estimator (I think owner of the company when he told me it was a big job and that I really needed new windows.Not only was the job not done any better than I would have done it, customer service was of absolutely no assistance at all! ****** work and unethical....I certainly learned an very expensive ****** and would never recommend this "A+" company to anyone.Mr. Handyman of Wheaton-Hinsdale

We reviewed your project and discovered our estimated amount was $380 and the final bill was $346.25. A written estimate for the above amount was approved by yourself to proceed and also signed that you were completely satisfied. We guarantee all of our labor for one year, if you would like us to return for any repair. We will work on improving our communication and make sure we understand the customer's view better.
