    Goggle is filled with FAKE reviews for this company. The service manager is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Came to discuss a "job" that they did and claimed they had double the people working in our building than what they actually did to inflate the charges. Manager wreaked of booze upon arrival. At that point I realized there was no reasoning with someone like this after he told me I was a liar, I politely asked him to leave. Save yourself the aggravation and call someone else, like literally anyone else!

    Everything they touch goes bad. We had a technician come out to check our air conditioner. Two weeks later it broke and they had to come out on overtime to fix it. Person who came out admitted that the tech that came out did not know what he was doing and was no longer with the company. Then they came out to do the yearly check on the furnace. It was shown the everything was in good shape. A month later the furnace stopped working. When the technician came out they found that there were holes in the heat exchanger. If the first tech would have found this we would have had time to shop for the best deal on a new furnace but we had no choice. Now with a 5 year warranty on labor, less than 2 years later, the exhaust pipe starts leaking. They claim that it was the existing pipe and were going to charge us almost $500 to fix. Pictures show that they altered the pipe and that is the part that leaking. Because of all this I would not let them within a mile of our house. They are not a good company.

    Very pleased with *********************************** ******** was here right on time. He explained what the problem was with our ac and then he fixed it. With the temperatures going to be in high 90's so happy he could repair our unit. We will certainly use them again when we need repairs.

    We're happy with Blue Frost Heating and Cooling because they are very professional when it comes to scheduling appointments and their technicians are thorough, pleasant and respectful in our home. They seem to really care about providing high quality services to their customers!
