    On Dec. 14, 2024, I made a purchase of two sets of slippers via the Housedrip Doctor Website. I have yet to receive the package and when I emailed support, they continued to assure me that I'll get the package. I paid $12.99 for shipping. **************** is useless. The **** tracking number for my package says that it's been in *******, ** since I purchased, but I haven't seen any movement. I'm completely confused as to why this is taking so long. I believe I was scammed and just want a full refund if I'm not receiving the product I ordered. This was intended to be a Christmas gift for my kids, but given that it's Jan. 1, I have no need for the product.

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********.

    After you sent them the complaint, my package magically had updated tracking, and I received the package today (1/6/25). Still disappointing, but I now have the package I paid for.

    My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.

    I ordered slipper sneakers from House Drip Doctor for my son for the Holidays. Order was placed on 12/05/24 and as of 12/22 I still dont know where the item is. They provided a tracking number but it keeps going from place to place, not even in my same state. I contacted customer service and they said its still shipping. But this is ridiculous I paid $12.99 for shipping. This will not arrive for Christmas.

    The date if the transaction was placed on 12/13/23 and I paid an additional fee for the "tracked shipping" which was $2.99. This tracking shipping fee was supposed to come with a shipping/tracking number. The company HouseDripDoctor had an address locally to me in ************, **. Their phone number listed ************ was not a working number I came to find out. I emailed the company at the email listed on their website on 12/14/23 to see if I could come pick up the product as I had hoped to received the product by 12/19/23 (my son's birthday). I didn't receive a response until 12/16/23. Their customer service availability listed on their website indicated that their hours were 9am-9pm Monday through Friday. Instead, no one responds via email or telephonically any day of the week via email or telephonically. In fact, their phone number listed on their website ************ is not a working number. This is bad business especially during the holiday season. When I got a response from "*****" on 12/16/23, I had asked to cancel my order. He nor did anyone respond to this email. It is now 12/24/23 and I still don't have the product and the shipping number came via email a few days later and it was just a shipping "label". This company has lackluster customer service and does not respond ethically to customers in a timely fashion. An ethical company should have a working telephone number and promptly respond to customers. I would like a refund immediately.

    I emailed the company inquiring about some slides I ordered taking longer than expected to arrive. I received an emailed back asking for an order number. I replied a day later saying the slides had just arrived but didn’t fit and I needed a refund. I never heard anything back, I have emailed the company several times and called the number listed and left voice mails with no response. Their website says you must get permission from them for a refund and if you send shoes back without their permission you will not receive your money back. You only have 30 days from when the shoes have arrived. I need somebody to call me back or let me know how to send the shoes back for a refund they do not fit. I need help getting my money back and getting the shoes returned to this company.
