    I am writing to file a complaint against Twin Bros. Paving and Concrete, based in ************, **, regarding the defective installation and inadequate repair of a stamped concrete patio at my ************ 2023, I contracted Twin Bros. to install a stamped concrete patio for which I paid approximately $13,000. Within the first winter, I noticed significant flaking, surface deterioration, and sealant failure. The company acknowledged the issue and returned to do a basic touch-up, which did not hold up through the next **********, two years after the original installation, the patio has continued to deteriorate. I contacted the company again, and while they sent someone out for another attempt, the repairs consisted of patching a few sections, mainly along the perimeter, which now looks completely mismatched. Despite one of the owners (******) initially agreeing to a more thorough solution, including stripping, recoloring, and resealing the entire patio, the company later walked back those promises and now claims theres nothing more they can do because it will cost them thousands of dollars.I understand that concrete is not perfect, but a $13,000 patio should not be falling apart after only two years. This seems to be an issue of substandard workmanship, improper sealing, and failed materials. The company is no longer offering a meaningful resolution.I am requesting the BBB assist in resolving this matter by holding Twin Bros. accountable for either properly resurfacing the entire patio as originally discussed or providing a refund sufficient to cover a proper repair by another contractor..
