      We hired A & P GREASE TRAPPERS *** to go out change an aerator on our septic system back April 7th 2023 attach is the invoice stating we have one year warranty on the part. I called August 14th 2023 to informed them the ********* working they sent a technician out the next day did his report and send it over the company that the part had to get replaced. The company called told me they were going to replace the part but I would have to pay a service fee of $225.00 they sent out another tech August 17th to replace the aerator. The next day we noticed they replace the wrong aerator since we have two different aerators. We called the office informed ******* the rep in the office she said she was going to look into it because she couldn't understand how they did that. Never did she follow up I had to be constantly calling the office I spoke to the manager **** after ******* wouldn't give me a respond. **** said the same thing he was going to look into still no responds. We are now a week later from when they went replaced the wrong aerator ******* informed she doesn't understand how they made the mistake of replacing the wrong one but that they would go out to install the correct one at no charge they would call me the next day to let me know what time they would go. Its been 2 days later I called to speak with the manager **** he literally told me they will not be going out to install the other aerator to find another company that will go out there to install it but they will not be doing it because they don't even have the part. The invoice they gave me clear states the part have warranty for one year it has not been one year and they are not sticking to there end they know they messed up on replacing the wrong aerator now they won't stick to there end. This company is acting on bad faith and are not sticking to what they put me on paper.
