5 stars******************************* came out to our home after we had a severe hail damage to our *********** home. He gave us a Very detailed estimate and explained our options of different shingle options, venting, and gutter options. Gave us an estimate and we agreed to go ahead. The roofing personnel came out and worked in 92 degree heat, all the old debris was neatly removed, after the install all was cleaned up very very thoroughly. Next day the Gutter personnel came out early, again a very professional team all working together and done before you knew it. Again cleanup and attention to detail was maintained to perfection. ******************We have used Top to Bottom Exteriors to work on our home since 2018, at which time ****** worked closely with our insurance company to replace roofing, sliding, gutters and fencing which was damaged by a hail storm. The company upgraded the replacement gutters with 6 inch instead of 5 inch standard gutters at no additional cost. Whenever we called with questions, they were promptly answered.A plumber left a gaping hole in our family room ceiling and when called ****** sent out staff to repair drywall and matched paint perfectly. When my husband came home the hospital and needed additional stair railing installed for safety, Top to Bottom came out the next day. I just cant say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and kindness of Top to Bottom staff. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!Top to Bottom Exteriors, Inc.

Top to Bottom Exteriors replaced our roof on 11/9/23. I was very happy with the work that was done. The workers were able to complete the job in one day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. ******************************* was very helpful. He was able to work with the insurance inspector to make certain the insurance paid a fair settlement for the storm damage to the roof.If any exterior home repairs are needed in the future I will be calling Top to Bottom.Top to Bottom Exteriors, Inc.

We had our 20-year-old roof replaced 11/2/2023 by Top to Bottom. All in all it was a pleasant experience.Quoting:Called 4 local roofing contractors 9/18 for quotes to replace the roof Received 3 quotes: One contractor never responded; one contractor flew a drone over the house; two including Top to Bottom - got up there and did an old school inspection. Inspections done and quotes submitted by 9/22.Samples of different manufacturers shingle styles and colors were quickly supplied to help our decision.Accepted Tops quote 9/25. All quotes received were for identical services, but different prices.Customer Service Top suggested I file an insurance claim because there was evidence of wind and hail damage. They participated in the insurance inspection. Top agreed to apply to *********** for a building permit and manage all the inspections.Top was available to answer all our questions and kept us informed of the progress.Replacement Day ************ showed up on time, but the delivery of the shingles was delayed. The guys got out the leaf blowers to remove the snow and start the shingle tear off. They were unable to finish the first day and returned early the second day to finish the job.All plantings withing 8 to 10 feet of the house were covered with tarps for protection.Clean up was very complete and orderly.Final Permit Inspection The *********** Permit Inspection was completed and passed 11/6.Top to Bottom Exteriors, Inc.

The attention to detail was quite impressive and was reflected in the finished look of the house. I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Top To Bottom Exteriors and I could not be more pleased. Their attention to detail, combined with the professionalism of each employee made it a very pleasant experience. ****** saw the project through at every step and, when they were finished, no debris at all remained.
