      I am deeply disappointed with your company; had I been given the option, I would not have chosen to purchase a vehicle from you. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this business to avoid experiencing similar disappointment and frustration. We allocated a significant sum of money, only to encounter dishonesty and dissatisfaction in return. Throughout the entire transaction, I felt misled, as you highlighted the car's strengths while neglecting to disclose its flaws, including scratches and tears. This is my first race car, which I hold in high regard, and I was eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, your lack of accountability towards customers is disheartening. You presented appealing images of the vehicle for sale but failed to include any photographs of its imperfections. During our FaceTime call, you also neglected to mention the scratches and tears. Furthermore, you did not disclose the issue with the car key; when I inquired about it, you falsely claimed you had mentioned it.We traveled to view the car and, upon inspection, requested that you address the scratches and tears. You assured us that you would, yet nothing was done. We have documented evidence of this! My disappointment extends beyond the car itself; it also stems from how your company has managed the situation. A reputable business prioritizes its customers and values their feedback, yet my experience was quite the opposite. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. I feel cheated and plan to collaborate with Channels 4 and 5 to share my story regarding your dishonest and deceptive practices. I urge everyone to exercise caution when considering this business. Conduct thorough research and read customer reviews before making a decision.

      From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave this place treats you like gold. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.****** helped me find a car. I had an amazing experience with this company I would highly recommend them.

      Best car buying experience *** had so far. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldnt be happier. Found my car online, booked appointment and the staff made it quick and easy when I came in. Car is great, no problems and extremely clean, good mileage and great price. Also get my service done here. Great people, great cars, great service!

      I am very happy with the purchase of my 2019 *** X7 at Affinity auto sales. The staff was friendly , knowledgeable ,helpful and not being pushy. They let me make my own decision on the purchase ,no hidden fees. I would definitely buy another car from them.

      Over the last 5 years our family purchased 4 cars with Affinity Auto Sales. Affinity staff was professional, committed and knowledgeable about the cars. We also traded our cars in with them and they gave us fair price. We would recommend this place !

      We bought a 2014 *** with ****** miles after 2 days of the purchase we start having problems we took it back to the dealership they said everything is ok nothing is wrong not I took it tho the *** dealership to get a diagnostic engine was bad **************************************************************************************** down payment and plates everything.
