5 starsWe are so happy with the results from this company. All the workers were kind and courteous and made an effort to complete each task well and to our liking every step of the way. Having something beautiful come out of such a damaged state is really a wonderful experience. Each time we look at the finished work, we are truly thankful. I was very pleased with the work done! The workers went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of what was going to be done and made sure we were satisfied with the work done. We received before and after pictures. The pictures spoke for themselves - they made sure the job was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to get work done!

Great Company. My house was flooded due to pipe freezing and this company came within an 1hr to take out the pool of water. He completely changed my house. Workers are very friendly and cool. You wount have any course to be worried even if you not home… i am glad i used them. I recommend them…Premier Disaster Restoration, Inc.

PDR was very communicative, helpful and timely with helping restore our home after a water pipe disaster! I would give 10 stars to this team if I could. My fathers basement got flooded during the heavy storms that hit the ******* and suburbs area a couple of weeks ago. We were desperate to find a reliable company that did cleaning and restoration work. After looking up different companies in the area, most of them were either too busy to do the work or, in some instances, they never called us back. After a diligent search on the BBB website, I came across a company by the name of Premier Disaster Restoration, which showed 5 stars and 0 complaints. I called them and left a message. Fortunately for us, the companys manager, *****************************, called me back within minutes. After explaining the situation, **************** agreed to come out to my dads home the following day, to ***** the damage and provide us with an estimate. He took his time checking and measuring the area, taking pictures of the damage, and making sure there were no hazards for my elderly father around the basement. He also explained in great detail what needed to be done and provided us with a price estimate. He didnt make us feel pressured into hiring his company. Instead, he advised us to compare prices with other companies. Once we agreed on his company, **************** and his crew came in 2 days later to do the work. His crew did a phenomenal job, they clearly knew what they were doing, went above and beyond, and acted in a professional and respectful manner towards my elderly father and myself the whole time. Needles to say, we are 100% satisfied with the quality of work **************** and his crew did. For the afore mentioned reasons, I give Premier Disaster Restoration, its crew and manager 5 stars. I have also given this businesss information to a real state agency, as well as to an insurance agency to add to their roster for future reference.Premier Disaster Restoration, Inc.
