  I took two watches into your store. One had a battery replaced while I waited, at a very fair price. The second was a Movado with a broken clasp. It was repaired/replaced quickly and for far less than at the factory. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. This is a lovely store, and I have already recommended you to a friend.

  Absolutely horrible experience! I fell and cracked the glass on my fairly new Garmin watch. Took in the watch to see if they could replace the glass as the watch worked fine otherwise. I paid the $60 upfront to have the watch glass repair with the understanding that they would not be able to replace it with the Garmin logo and black trim. A week later, they call saying the watch is ready and when I show up, the watch glass is replaced but they broke the screen underneath so it's all spider webbed so you can't see the digital face anymore. So in the process of trying to replace the glass they broke the underneath digital layer and the only thing the guy could say was that the watch is fine. No apology, no reduction in repair cost, no nothing, just "here, I broke your watch more and didn't have the courtesy to call you to tell you that I really couldn't fix your watch so please come pick it up". I'm a reasonable person and understand that some times things may not work out when repairing something but I do expect that when that happens, you, at minimum, apologize for the mishap and maybe offer a reduction in cost but acting like everything is fine and I'm the one who is being unreasonable was absolutely unacceptable. Take your business to someone who at least owns up to their mistake, instead of charging you for making it worse and pretending that it was fixed.

  I just became aware of the Oct. 2023 review on the BBB website.I can understand Editth's frustration with us but we think it is very misguided. In regards to the below accusation;" they call saying the watch is ready and when I show up, the watch glass is replaced but they broke the screen underneath so it's all spider webbed so you can' see the digital face anymore"***** STILL does not understand that the "Screen" was part of the crystal. The digital face was embedded in the crystal. It was all 1 piece. When the old crystal was removed the inside guts were exposed. Upfront before we took possession of the watch we told ***** that we could not replace the same crystal with the logo. ***** likes to thrust upon us that " we broke the screen". We did not break anything. We removed the old crystal with the embedded screen and put in a new crystal. That's all.When ***** came to pick up the watch and saw the watch she did voice her displeasure. We told her to send it to the ************** Center and we would pay half the cost of the new crystal. ***** agreed to this. From our perspective this is quite generous since we charged ***** $55 for repair & $5 tax = $60.00 for the new crystal.

  I brought in an old clock to have it repaired and refurbished - I explained that it was to be my wife's Christmas present and it was about 3 weeks before Christmas - when I told ******************** that I really needed that done, he worked overtime to get it back to me in time for Christmas - a pleasure to worth with!!

  I was very pleased with the service provided on *********** watches one of the watches required a referral for resurfacing. I was kept advised as to that progress. I would return for further services.
