  ***** and team did a thorough job on our roof/siding/gutter replacement and kept to promised timelines. Clean work environment even on windy days. Would recommend for sure.

  It was purely by chance I met *** from Four Elements. He left information for me at my home and we met soon after. I was initially skeptical but after *** and ******* explained the process I felt very comfortable. They did all the work contacting my insurance company. Throughout the process both the field contacts and the office staff kept me up to date with all steps of the process they were able to fix my roof and were just a real pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

  First and foremost, do not think of them as all the annoying door knockers that happen to be doing a job in your area and want to offer you the same service. Our experience with Four Elements was A+ from day one. At no point and time were they pushy about signing the contract. On the contrary, they explained our options before any official agreement. Once we agreed to their terms, we sat back and enjoyed the show. We were CC'd on all correspondence between them and our insurance company. We found it very interesting how little we knew about the claim process and its complexity. It was very eye-opening to see the little things we would miss if handled on our own. We would also receive frequent calls from them with regular updates. The day all of our work was approved, we just had to pick the dates for it to be completed. Both the Four Elements owner *** and the Project Manager **** were great. They took their time to answer all the questions and were always available. At the project's conclusion, they did a final inspection with us, addressing and correcting any concerns we had. We can honestly say that this turned out to be a stress-free experience, and for that, we thank you.
