      On October 4th, there was a purchase for a mug in the amount of $33.69. On October 7th the business got there money but never sent the mug. I tried calling but got a recording saying to e-mail them so I did, got someone to e-mail back saying they dont show any record of the purchase I then sent a copy of my account that shows they got there money and have not heard back. I e-mailed them again now they are ignoring me

      The Threadless **************** team was able to locate the customer's order with the provided information. The customer requested the order to be cancelled. The order was cancelled and the customer was refunded in full. See attached refund confirmation receipt. The refund was credited by to the original form of payment ***** card).

      I purchased a v-neck Tshirt from these people on the 11th the next morning I was literally emailed telling me my order had shipped out already. Even though earlier they had just told me it would take a few days to complete. I currently have tracking still from *** stating I was to have my package delivered today at 10:30am this morning. This company & *** have been nothing but belligerent & extremely rude & hostile towards me. I've provided them both proof that it indeed shows I'm to have my order today. It's past the delivery scheduled time. I have no idea where my order is or if I'll ever see it now. I just want what I purchased as Rainsurname has been dealing with allot of ************* wanted to support ************ I need help obviously ensuring I get what I purchased & paid extra to have it shipped & delivered immediately. Sadly my email address was hacked last night so I lost my original emails showing they indeed stayed delivery date is indeed today & past due. Please help me out here as I absolutely want what I ordered delivered & found.

      Hello!

      This customer's order was placed 5/11/2023 with Next Day shipping and was quoted a 2-5 day processing time for the order to be shipped. The order was shipped by end of day on Friday, 5/12. Because it did not ship before the *** cutoff time on that business day, it was picked up by *** the next business day on Monday, 5/15. It was delivered by *** on 5/16 within one business day as quoted.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
      As you can see in the photo I have kindly attached. I did indeed receive my beautiful Vneck Tshirt from Rainsurname's shop. There obviously was allot of miscommunication by email correspondence with a gal named ******. I highly recommend & suggest she isn't to be allowed to respond to customers in the future as she has a bad attitude. Thank you. Have a wonderful day
