    I visited this restaurant for the first & last time on July 3, 2024. The order was small, two hamburgers and a cheese fry. We arrived at approximately 9:30 & the lights to the store and drive thru were mostly turned off as if they were closed but we the store hours said they were open until 10 so we proceeded to the speaker. We were greeted by an extremely rude employee who sounded like she must have been having a bad day and did not really want to take our order. My husband mistakenly asked for a hamburger and ordered a cheeseburger and was promptly corrected. Still, we continued with the order and drove around to park behind the 1 car in front of us for over 20 minutes before we pulled up to the window. I have no complaints about the employee who took payment and handed us our food. However when we got home we soon realized that there were many issues with the food we had been given. The hamburgers were not cooked properly, one was burnt to a crisp, the other undercooked. The "large" fries were minimal, had cold hard cheese covering them and more than one hair in the container (pictures attached). We were ultimately disgusted and could not eat any of the food. I attempted to call that evening and received a voicemail 3 times. I left a message and nobody EVER contacted me back. I called again on July 8 & spoke to a manager who apologized and assured me that she would refund the order back to the credit card. I provided the order details & asked for a confirmation to which she said there wouldn't be any, but she would call me back after it went through. I said ok, and waited for a phone call that never came. I have since attempted to contact the store several times, left several messages (one even for the corporate office) and they refuse to answer the phone or return my phone calls. I have confirmed there has been no refund and would like someone to resolve this immediately by refunding the entire order in the amount of $14.06 back to the original form of payment.
