      On october 2, 2022 i hired ********************* from jaxx construction to build a deck for me in the backyard, i gave him a $2100 deposit to get scheduled on his agenda, a couple days later i sent him $2050 for the plans to get them turned in to the village to get them approved, he would buy material with this money to get the deck started. I called him once plans wer approved a couple of days later he aggred to come by and start the deck, but he never did, he had excuses and more excuses, then he promised he would have it finished by thanksgiving. He never came but he still answered my messages and promised to come before christmas, on dec 5 he said he would be here but never showed up and doesnt answer my calls or messages anymore, i would like a refund since he broke the contract by not doing the work

      He is not showing up to finish the work hasnt been here in 2 weeks already he got more than half of money. Im afraid he will not finish this work and get a way with my money. Can add more pictures if needed he has left it like that for over 2 weeks keep threatening I will show up there when I finish other work take or leave. I told him if he dose not show up to finish I will report he acts like he dose not care your choice. Plz need help on this matter Pictures you are looking at thats all he has done one 5 weeks only show up for 2 hrs once in 3 days keep making excuses .Or he can refund half of money I can hire someone else to finish the job . Im just tired of his threats
