    ****** was my material, estimator *************** rep. *** adjuster Arizbe was my Go-to throughout the whole long process Of making sure my insurance Co. Paid out the best possible amount for the roof decay repair on my home..excellent job. She even would text me after hours knowing I am a single parent at work during the day!!

    I used Proliance as my roofing contractor in late 2022. They removed and replaced my existing aged roof. The quality of the workmanship was good. Removal was quick and the contractor ensured complete clean-up of all removed material. Installation was seemless, and dates promised were kept. The quality of the installation was good, however it was a bit noisy and extra care could have been taken when lowering the bundles of roofing onto the roof area prior to actual installation.

    All started with a knock at the door, ***** the public adjuster wanted to inspect our roof for storm damage. He came down told us we qualified and walked us through the process and what would happen next. It ended up being a full approval from our insurance and with there help they put on a roof and they kept great communication the whole process, ***** the client specialist was prompt throughout the whole process updating us every step of the way. And ***** did great with making sure the material came on time and whatever else was needed was provided the same day! Thank you to the whole proliance team!

    I'm very greatful and pleased by the excellent & professional service provided by ***************************** with Proliance Public **************** in helping me to work with my insurance to get a full roof and siding replacement appoved on my home. ****************** was professional, kind, considerate & answered any questions I had.
