    We experienced a disappointing disconnect between what *** estimated and what Basement Buddies actually delivered. *** told us our job would be scheduled within two weeks, but it ended up being almost a month -- and only after we called multiple times to inquire. The team that finally came out, though, worked hard to complete the job. A year later, we were experiencing seepage in the same locations. *** again came out within a few days and said they would be back out within two weeks to dig up the spots and reassess what was needed. We paid the fee for the service call, then waited almost a month for **** to do another inspection. After yet another month and multiple phone calls, **** returned to apply caulk for one of the problem areas and told me the work was complete. When I told him what *** said would be done, **** said he would come back out. I called him after a few weeks to follow up, he assured me that he could have a team out within the next two weeks, I'd wait, and then this cycle would repeat. This continued for several months before I finally gave up. I trusted Basement Buddies, was patient, and paid promptly. I'm not sure whether they just struggle with **********, had no intention of following through with us after the initial work, or both. Regardless, I'm disappointed to have supported a local business that did not fulfill their obligation in return.

    Basement Buddies remodeled our downstairs TV room and office in ******* this past May {2023}...They did an excellent job ! Between ****'s attention to detail and ***'s decades of experience, our rooms turned out perfect. Both **** and *** were available via text and our project was finished on time AND without any problems. **** ended up doing a few remodel details {final touches} that I didn't think of to ask for and it was certainly appreciated, later on when I looked close at their work {as we all do}...Their prices are very competitive and their responsiveness was key !Highly recommended !
