    I ordered a treadmill from RTC FITNESS EQUIPMENT cost $1,900.00 model #**T inspire treadmill on line 09.21.22 , **************** called me back and said there is a freight charge of $150.00 to ship to me I paid him over the phone total $2,050.00 . I was never told it was old used and damage filthy human hair mold rust treadmill from the pictures on the add on his his webpage it not what I ordered .I was shipped a very old damage scratches dirty filthy human hair mold rust smells bad filthy bacteria etc the photos are very disturbing. I called **************** and explained the reason I purchased this treadmill was because my Fiance just got over a bad case of COVID 19 and her lungs are bad she need's to exercise in a safe area .I did not order this old damage filthy mold rust human hair bacteria etc , treadmill for my recovering Fiance .No one in there right mind set would do something this evil ,I called Mr ******* and told him I'm not unsatisfied with this old damage treadmilI I never ordered this filthy treadmill it's not what is advertise on his webpage , He said will schedule a pick up as he did on 10.12.22 and he would credit me back $2,050.00 .**************** credited me back $750.00 a difference of $1,300.00 he claims because of freight cost to pick up treadmill .

    The response giving by ***** the owner at RTC fitness equipment is very misleading to you it is unacceptable  and very negligence on his behalf . The treadmill I ordered that was advertised on his web page is NOT the one I received  clearly ,***** did not tell me it was a damage treadmill with So much damage humane waste slime moldy rust human hair etc. the photos he submitted  to you is not the treadmill I received I do have the correct photos for you .  I MADE VERY CLEAR TO ***** MY FIANCE IS RECOVERING FROM a very critical case of covid  19 so she need to be out of the public gyms she's being very sick with lungs problems   very bad . WHAT UP DID IS VERY EVIL you know it as much as I know it. The one I received was not the one being advertised there so I believe it is false advertisement .
