    THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! I wish I can leave less than one star, this company does not even deserve one star. Every single process was a complete headache: 1. Delayed start as rebuild team never replied to voicemails after the pack-out was completed 2. Delayed start as rebuild team never sent the estimate to insurance for approval after multiple requests 3. No timely follow up from Servpro to reasonable requests for communication 4. Poor communication between Servpro employees, passed the buck between each other 5. Poor quality- after inspection identified several problems with the work 6. Failed to and nearly refused to return my property keys 7. Full of excuses for their poor performance. To top it off, the billing team sent threatening and harassing e-mails about sending me to collections/ having a lien on property within hours of the project being barely acceptably "completed", even before the keys were returned. They delayed a 1 month project into 3 months but god forbid you take 12 hours to pay the remaining balance after they fully complete the project and return the keys. If you want to be treated like complete garbage by a company, by all means hire servpro of wheaton/ **** ellyn/ lisle.

    My Heat exploded two days after Christmas 2022 and Servpro of ******* has dragged their feet and it is NOW 6 months and still they have not done Anything to fix my HOME. They don't even tell me what they are doing or not doing. They need to be held accountable for their inaction!
