    I had a terrible experience with ******************* at the ******************************************* office of this company. He asked me no questions about the environments in which I planned to use the aids, gave me no opportunity to choose the design of aid, and then spent 5 minutes with me to deliver the aids, telling me to read the manual which would answer all my questions. When it didnt, I tried to schedule an appointment, finding none were available for 3 weeks. So I went on vacation with aids that did little for me other than amplify background noise, did not seem to fit properly, and could not be worn with a mask or hat without risking losing them. I ended up returning the aids and seeking out another provider. This provider has no interest in serving their clients. Look elsewhere!

    These allegations are simply untrue. We have documented and time stamped emails offering appointments same day or within 1 to 2 days.  This patient never came in for a follow up and had her husband drop off the aids a few days after receiving them without trying any adjustments.
