    I made an appointment for 3/30/2023 at 9am i called first the visit was suppose to free so i saw the Doctor which was ************************* he did the examine for my ears and we went to talk about the charges i was explaining to him that i would have to think about the charges and look at my income to see if i can fit extra into my budget since i have only one income now from SS he said ok but then he said let me see what i an come up with to help you out not knowing he was asking to apply for a credit which i didn't know he asked for my SS number and start saying i was approved for $4000.00 I told him i didn't want to do anything untili look at my budget so that was on a Thursday i said i will come back on Monday and let you know what i wanted to do but i didn't go back on Monday nor did i call and speak with him so i looked at my credit report and see that i was issued a credit card for $4000.00 limit without my ok and approval i called to speak with the doctor on 4/5/2023 and was told he would call me back still haven't heard from him i call the Corp.Office and was told i would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours still haven't heard form them either i called the Credit Card phone number and was told the card would be cancelled and i will receive a letter letting me know the details still haven't received the letter i just want some answers and the card taken off my credit report which i didn't ask for i also called since 4/5/2023 and still no response Please Help me.

    Hello, anytime a patient comes in that is seeking hearing aids we have the ability to do monthly payments. When a patient is interested and to know what options they have on a monthly budget we have to find out to give accurate answers and options. We just did what the patient asked. This must be a miscommunication. The patient has not purchased hearing aids from us yet, nor did we bill the patient any kind of payment or expense.
