    Annual air conditioning maintenance work performed by ****** from Borter **************************** Conditioning. ****** was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have done business with Borter for 10 years. Border is well organized and efficient. A truly pleasant company to work with.

    Technician Jake performed a service inspection on our central air conditioning unit. Jake was friendly, courteous, shared information about the use of our system, and did the check with complete professionalism. Exactly what I have come to expect from Borter Heating & Air Conditioning and its staff of trained professionals!     Borter provides a seamless experience from start to finish. Professional, on time and quick response to emails, friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced for great quality. I couldn't be happier with installation of furnace and air conditioner. Highly recommend!

    I'm a new homeowner. My water heater stopped working. **** and **** were great! They lit my water heater, waited to make sure it was working, checked the warranty, ordered parts, and answered all my questions. Courteous and friendly.

    Called one company to fix the problem but made it worse. Called Borter and the technician (******) analyzed the problem, removed the old parts and replaced what was needed. Work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. The technician also tested the unit to make sure the unit was safe to use and explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Very professional and polite. Great work.

    The Borter team was great. We had a gas water heater that just stopped working properly and the Borter team came 3 times and helped us to order some replacement parts from the manufacturer as part of our warranty. Once the 3 parts were all received and replaced by the Borter team we now have a water heater working wonderfully.

    Outstanding — polite, respectful of property, went right to work, finished in a timely manner, cleaned up work area very nicely —- answered multiple questions in a manner that provided a clear answer in layman’s terms —- we have used Borter for years, they’ve consistently had highly effective staff (including office staff) —- Trevor was truly above and beyond ordinary —- it is appreciated
