    PRODUCT SHIPPED TO UNIBALL OVER 1 MONTH AGO. WITH LETTER 5 EMAILS SENT TO COMPANY NO RESPONSE?LETTER BELOW ------------------------DEAR ****************, As a lover of your Uniball 207 Impact pens (black Noir);I have noticed that they seem to becoming "done" in ostensibly shorter periods of time than in previous years?It's almost as if they being manufactured with less ink?(I've used both but prefer the bold black over blue.)I've shipped one of both to you for your own inspect and tests if so desired.However I'd like for you to ship me a box of the Bold Black. (Photo attached from a previous purchase)I'm hoping this is possibly a manufacture error and I can look forward to years of continuing to make Uniball my favorite pen which I first discovered in ********, ****** in 2003.     We want to assure you that there have been no changes to the ink used in our pens. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. We would be more than happy to provide replacements for the pens you are experiencing issues with.

    Please provide us with an address where we can ship the replacements, and we will send you documentation confirming your order.
