1.To promote my affiliate marketing business, I enrolled, in Mid-October 2022, with a bulk email-sending company in the name and style of MailClickConvert, from now on called a Company.2.On 10/17/2022, I sent a copy of my First Email to Account Manager ************************* for inspection and approval followed by a reminder on 10/18/2022. After waiting for one week, I launched my email campaign on the aforesaid Companys platform on 10/25/2022 per instructions and requisites of the Company Using CSV Format for email addresses and HTML Format for the emails to be sent.3.I wrote to the Company, to send me copies of my emails sent out by the Company on 11/02/2022, 11/15/22, 11/16/22,11/17/22, and 01/08/2023 but to no avail. No response was given to my repeated requests causing doubt in my mind about the service provided to me for a fee.4.On 01/12/2023, the Company informed me that during their testing, they identified a Broken Link in my email. 5. *********** sent me a copy of one email on 01/19/2023. It was in broken, mutilated form with an image of the product and its text having no connectivity of progression or order. No ordinary prudent mind could read and comprehend anything from such emails 6.On 01/19/2023, MailClickConvet informed me that emails sent to Gmail addresses could not be opened on their platform and that I needed some Templet to correct the error.7.Had the Company checked and assessed the synchronousness of my first email sent on 10/17/2022, the contradiction would have been nipped in the bud with no adverse ramifications to me.8.I can send you copies of my emails launched on the platform of the Company to test and assess that all of them can be smoothly sent to any address proving my assertion that there was nothing wrong with my emails but there was some flaw or defect in the system provided by the Company.9.18.My final submission is whether the Company has fulfilled its obligations under the Fair Business Practices ethics to send my emails to the targeted recipients in their original form and style launched on its website. If not, why did it charge me $ ****** without providing me with the necessary service? Isnt it an Unfair Business Practice to strip someone of money without providing equal and promised services?
