    In August 2023, they put washer drain hose into wall instead of drain pipe caused flood in my condo unit and a neighbors. They put a new water pipe right on dryer vent wall outlet. They called me a name when I asked them to correct hot water pipe. They yelled at me when I asked them to level the pipe in the ceiling.

    Our AC condenser died on a long weekend, so we called OneStop Pro to hopefully fix the problem. They were able to come out the day after the holiday first thing in the morning to take a look. ******, the initial technician and seemingly the guy in charge, was able to show me the compressor was blown. Then he had to give me the bad news that the compressors for my unit were back-ordered for months. I could easily confirm this online, so we went ahead in replacing the whole darn system since I was going to upgrade to heat pumps anyway when the systems needed to be replaced (I was expecting the investment, just not for another couple of years). They were able to install the new heat pump system the same day and got our AC working just in time for the kids to go to bed after a record heat day.We had some back and forth on the thermostat (my fault for being particular) but they got the entire system completed a couple of weeks later when they did the rest of the wiring for the heat. All in all, I was happy with OneStop Pro and would whole heartily recommend them for HVAC service.
