    We received a call from the owner (*********************) of ***************** indicating that we were attending swim ******s 2x per week when we were only paying for 1 ****** per week. I explained that we had spoken with the staff and we were actually trying to use up our make up ******s for the 2nd ****** every week. So we were paying to attend 1 ****** a week and using our banked make up ******s for the 2nd visit. The owner then explained that we didn't have any ******s on the account and could not be doing what his staff was allowing us to do. I advised Mr. ***** that I would like to review the data he had that showed we did not have any make-up ******s on our account. We agreed he would have that available to us by our next ****** (in a couple of days). On our following in person visit, he explained he didn't have the data yet, but that he would have it by the next day. The next day he did not have the data. I have requested this data multiple times and have not received anything from Mr. *****. We pay a monthly fee of $324. Mr. ***** has now changed his claim and said he only owes us 4 private make up ******s and 8 group ****** make up ******s. Mr. ***** claims that if the client cancels a ****** that the make up is only allowed as a group ******. If Aqua-Tots cancels then it is allowed as a private make up ******. I have included an excel spreadsheet from the data I collected from their mobile app and shows that I am owed many more ******s than Mr. ***** is claiming. Their website shows that makeup ****** never expire, but Mr. ***** is claiming that they do expire. Again, I have requested data that proves his claims and have been told it is "too much work" and I am getting no where with Mr. *****.
