    I ordered & paid for several whiteboards from Pegasus Whiteboards Products on 3/11/24. I was told that the product was on backorder and would be shipped on 7/24 then 8/26 then 9/24. I contacted the company on 6/28, 8/19, 9/20 and kept being given delivery dates. finally in December I asked them to give me a refund because I am tired of waiting for the product and would go elsewhere. as of today, we have not gotten the product and not gotten a refund. The credit card company will not put in a dispute due to the age of the order so we are considering legal action as we have had to do this in ******** before and we got back the cost of the product, legal fees, travel fees and interest. ************* is *************************

    The warehouse was not available to found the shipment processed for shipment on 9/23/2024, according to the warehouse it was misplaced, or it was picked up by the wrong carrier mixed with other shipments,we have contacted the carriers but none of them have records of having received this shipment from us.

    Over the past several months we have experienced various issues originating from our Crystal Lake IL ******************** namely misplaced, lost, or improperly shipped orders. While we are unable to directly tie all these issues to the higher volume of orders our distribution center is processing, our normal operating procedures have been affected on several fronts, and we are constantly trying to quickly correct issues that arise. As a result, as of this year we have closed the ************ location, and we have moved our ******************* to Wheeling Illinois.

    Per your request full refund for $1005.00 is being processed.

    We are sorry for the frustration this has caused you. We value your patronage and wish to continue serving you in the best way possible.

    I ordered product from this company and was told it would be back ordered . The back order delivery date has come and gone and I have not received the product. The company is not responding to emails or phone calls.

    The total order and the amount he paid was for $405.00 not $470.00. Attached is the sales order receipt that shows the amount paid was $405.00

    P31612-9122 Bought a dry erase board after clicking on a link the indicated I was to the Projectable whiteboard section. After purchasing and installing one of those boards I turned the projector on and it did not work. I contact Pegasus, they told me the board I bought was not Projectable, even though I bought the board under the Projectable link. I am only requesting a partial refund of $160.

    The customer selected and purchased an Anti-Glare Glass BLACK board that is not recommended or intended to be used for projection. The only Projectionable Magnetic Glass Whiteboard is the WHITE COLORED. The product name and description are clear the product description is not directing the customer to use this glass BLACK board as a projection screen.     Pegasus Magnetic Anti-Glare ****************** Black surface 72" x 48" Anti-Glare Glass Blackboard Fingerprint-Free 6' x 4'

    On 7/14 we have informed the customer that he has purchased by mistake an Anti-Glare Glass Blackboard NOT the White colored Anti-Glare glass board that is for projection, he never requested to have the product exchange or returned to us.

    We are not responsible for customers mistakes when selecting their purchasing online, however, If the customer ************************* is not satisfied with the product, a refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise is also must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Shipping charges paid to ship the product to the customer are non-refundable. The customer ************************* will be responsible for return shipping charges,insurance, and shipment tracking to return the BLACK *********** he has purchased, at the receipt and inspect the glass black board we will provide with a refund for $425.00 price for the product he has purchased.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is not settled. Company has made no effort, and hasnt even corrected their website. Clearly the product is listed under the Projectable-Magnetic section of their site. The product description does not contradicts the page heading.

    The product page  our the Anti-Glare Glass boards - is not miss leading customers. This customer is the first customer our of thousands of customers that purchase an Anti-Glare Magnetic Glass Blackboard to project when the product page for this item PLG4872-B has a clear description that this is an Anti-Glare Glass Blackboard - it doesn't say the product is a projection magnetic Glass Whiteboard.

    The Anti-Glare glass boards products page has a clear notation at the bottom - The customer purchased the Magnetic Anti-Glare Tempered ******************* Black Surface not the Projectionable-Magnetic
