    I took my vehicle to get serviced at the beginning of December 2024 Due to a lot of wobbling and movement when the vehicle hit a bump in the road. I also had the check engine light on which I needed him to check and see what the issue was. A week later, I went to pick up my vehicle and discovered that the issues were not resolved And on top of that, my car broke down on the side of the road due to the thermostat getting stuck in my car overheating this is a day and from picking up my vehicle from the mechanic. I called the mechanic and let him know what happened assuming he would assist considering my vehicle had just been there. His response was just leaveit there. I will send somebody to pick it up tomorrow. I was in the middle of the road. I finally have my vehicle towed again his shop, where he begin servicing it. He fixed the thermostat issue, but the wobbling issue persisted. I finally took it back a third and final time and spoke to *** the owner of the shop and explained to him that I had to keep paying for car rentals because he had Not been able to solve my issues. I was very clear that this would be the last time that I would take my car and if it wasnt fixed after this third time I expected a full refund which he agreed. Sure enough i Picked up the car and it was still not fixed. I called *** and explained to him that the car was still doing the same thing and I was extremely frustrated because he charged me almost $4000 And the issue has not been resolved. On top of the $4000 I had to pay an additional $2000 forcarrentalsand $325 for the tow truck to take it back. I explained to him how frustrated I was and that I needed my money back. He said I needed to bring back the car and hewanted his parts back I told him I did not feel comfortable with him working on my car anymore because I could tell he was frustrated So he said to give him a week and he would have a response. Now its a month later, and he still has not given me my money back. I have videos

    They over charged me for one. Two, they charged me for something I didnt ask for and lied and said they had to fix an electrical problem and I know for sure my car has never had an electrical problem. I told them that I want to see exactly what they did on my car that they was charging me for but they didnt show me. He brought out an old part but I told him I still want to see what they claimed to fix because that couldve been a part from off any car they had just sitting in there. They didnt **** my car up so that I can see what was done at all. They just took the payment and brought my car outside from the back. I was told it would be a couple of days for that type of work but he claim he did it and it was only like 3 hours that passed so Im confused and curious about what was done on my car. First they kept saying they didnt change a part on my car but when I got there to pick it up they gave me part but still wouldnt let me see if it was a new part on my car so I want to know what was I really being charged for and why so much if they didnt change a part on my car.
