They are horrible people they dont care about the tenants nor the living conditions of the tenants apartment or the building. They dont fix anything properly nor on time. Never spend your money with them they are horrible and horrendous people they dont care how we live because they are not living like this and if they had any compassion for people and what they do it would get better but trust and believe if you dont pay your rent on time you get a late fee and then a 5 day notice. HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst property management company I ever had the displeasure of encountering. I was a tenant at *******************************. ************, **. *****. They repeatedly ignore maintenance requests from tenants. I have screenshots of the maintenance portal to prove it. For over a year the tenant services line rang to no end and nobody answered, thereby limiting a tenant's ability to complain about the lack of service. I personally had my A/C broken for 2 weeks during a heat wave and they would mark the work order as either complete or canceled without bothering to show up. I count 5 work orders in my screenshots that were ignored altogether. I personally had to call the owner to complain about the lack of service then 5 minutes later they showed up after being reprimanded by the owner. That not the only time I have to reach out to him in that manner to get anything done. Furthermore, they leased out 2 floors to a rehab facility with notifying any of the tenants, some of which have young children living with them. To use the term slumlord is an understatement. I also have screenshots of my payment record proving that I was never late on payments and yet they're trying to hold onto a large portion of my deposit for short notice of my departure. That place is an absolute dump. For months they left a smoke detector chirping in the hallway and when I informed them that they needed to put a battery in it they either are too to understand the mechanics of a simple smoke detector (i.e. battery backup) or they just treat the tenants as if they're stupid. both are equally likely though in my experience I've had more experience with the former. The building manager herself couldn't grasp the concept of a a hardwired system needing a battery in case the power goes out, and this was while they were installing smoke detectors in my unit with the village fire inspector present. I work as a construction inspector by trade, I know code violations when I see them and there is no shortage there.
