    I hired Homecastle Restoration to act as a Public Adjuster with my Hail/Storm Damage claim with ******************* ***** *** with Homecastle met with an Adjuster from ******** to inspect the storm damage. The damage was to the roof, siding, gutters. soffit and fascia of my ****************** acknowledged damage to the roof, gutters, soffits, fascia and one side of siding. ***** *** assured me that he would work with ******** to get all four sides of siding replaced. A check from Allstate for $14499.82 was given to ***** *** with an additional recoverable depreciation check of $8940.80 to follow when work is done. The roof was completed. ***** *** then cut a large portion of my siding for a lab report to show that this siding is no longer available. ***** *** then stopped returning my calls to complete the project. I then spoke to DJ from Homecastle and he assured me that he was in contact with ******** to get the additional funds to replace the siding. after several attempts to contact anyone from Homecastle with no reply and I seeking assistance from BBB since Homecastle has a A+ rating with BBB.

    I would like to clarify that the issue with Mr. **** ***** was fully resolved during a meeting on March 28.
    The situation stemmed from a miscommunication, and we were under the impression that Mr. ***** had already contacted the BBB to formally close the complaint.
    Please feel free to reach out to him directly for confirmation as the matter was resolved amicably.
    We would like to request that this case be considered closed.
