      Service provider arrived on July 3, 2024. Diagnosed the problem, documented it, and said parts were ordered and would arrive in 3-4 days. A week later still no parts. Then I was informed that the parts were never ordered. The parts were eventually ordered. Then 2 weeks after the initial visit the technician arrived and said the wrong parts were ordered. This company fails to fix the issue, honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee, and make the situation right. I am being told that they will attempt to order the correct parts will they do not know how long it will take. I requested to speak with higher management and was told no. The manager that I spoke with repeatedly yelled at me. I told him I am requesting a special refund so that I can move on from this company and get an air conditioner elsewhere. I spoke with the owner of the company who told me that he is refusing to honor the 10 year warranty from the manufacturer and that the only way they would repair the unit is if I pay full price for the part. After speaking with the manufacturer they said this is not true and the company should honor the warranty and the only cost should be the labor not the parts. He said that I have to pay and that he refuses to honor the warranty because I have not done recommended yearly service. The manufacturer believes that the unit was not installed correctly based on the parts that are needed to fix the unit. This has been an ongoing issue since the unit was installed in 2020. It has issues every few months and the "repairs" never last more than a few months.

      Over the past four years, Air Blue Heating and Cooling has completed over five service calls at no charge to you in an effort to ensure your satisfaction and keep your equipment running smoothly. Despite our recommendations, it appears that regular maintenance on your equipment has not been performed. This has been documented on several invoices, where we also noted the presence of rodent issues, which, along with the lack of proper maintenance, have contributed to the ongoing problems with your unit.
      To address your concerns:
      Rodent Issues & Lack of Maintenance: As documented in our service records, rodent damage and lack of maintenance have been identified as the root causes of the issues you are experiencing, not faulty installation as you have mentioned. Proper and regular maintenance is crucial to the longevity and efficiency of ************* and unfortunately, these factors have not been addressed. We also recommend that you have rodent service done regularly, along with proper maintenance such as filter changes and AC cleanings twice per year, to avoid similar issues in the future as we have mentioned in the past.
      Labor Warranty: Your system came with a one-year labor warranty, which expired in 2021. Any labor costs incurred after that period are not covered under the original warranty.
      Parts Order & Communication: We apologize for any confusion regarding the parts order. Initially, you declined to approve the necessary repair, which is why the parts were not ordered immediately. After you contacted us a week later, we placed the order, but unfortunately, we received the wrong part from our supplier. While we understand this caused a delay, it is important to note that we cannot proceed with ordering and installing the correct part until the cost of labor for the part replacement and diagnostics is covered.
      Resolution: The only resolution we can offer at this time is for you to pay for the labor required to replace the part and perform the necessary diagnostics. Once this is agreed upon, we can reorder the correct part and proceed with the installation.
      We strive to provide quality service and regret that this situation has caused you inconvenience. However, the issues you're facing stem from factors outside of our control, such as lack of maintenance and external damage from rodents. We remain committed to resolving this issue, provided that the necessary steps are taken to ensure the equipment is properly maintained moving forward.
