    Discount Heating and Cooling was Greatly appreciated in my house after recent intermittent failure was VERY PROFESSIONALLY addressed by two VERY pleasant and ************************. ******, first took the call. He checked the unit over and, after some adjustments, asked us to monitor the unit and call if the problem re-occurred. ****, the second technician, took a look at the unit after it acted up again. He identified an installation oversight that was causing the furnace to have a conflict with the thermostat, corrected it after determining the thermostat was good, and proceeded to adjust and test the unit for more optimal operation. Our HIGHEST Praise and KUDOS for their efforts and pleasant interface.!!!!

    This business is unethical, discriminatory, rude and very unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews, however this business is consistent in their bad customer service.Our story: Had a broken AC, made an appointment for the next day. However, they NEVER showed up.When I called, they gave me a lame excuse about not having the phone number. They had our address and were on complex preferred vendor list (means they have keys to all buildings and can knock on customer's door from hallway). We waited 4 hours in 86 Farenheit for this company to never show up - this is unacceptable from the local company. On many social platforms this unetchical business posts replies and you can read customer's follow-*** saying they had to remove negative reviews because this business posts customer's addresses in the replies. Other customers (from reviews indicate this business is not straight forward about their pricing and discounts- please read other reviews )Would not recommend this business to anyone.Long story short we called another company who came in and fix everything rather quickly without any drama. However, read the business reply and other reviews here and on other sites.Knowing all that would you really want their service?

    We really don't understand why this customer has gone so crazy over this.  We are in the business of servicing customers and have done so for over 30 years.  Sure some may not be happy but my goodness this has gone overboard and boarder line slanderous.  The person of whom we have never met as far as we know has called for service.  The gave us contact info during the request for service in addition we were asked to reach out to them by phone about an hour prior, of which we did.  Upon arrival we needed to be BUZZED in to the stairwell so we could gain entry for service.  The customer states that we have the MAIN DOOR ENTRY KEYS..We do not have those keys..the keys we have are for the hatch to get onto the roof.  Therefore we can not simply enter the building.  Eitherway when we attempted to reach the customer by phone t it went to voice mail that was full and we couldn't leave a message.  The name of service was not listed on the buzzer.  Our tech did wait till about 2:15 to 2:20 but then had to move on.  When the customer called us to inquire where we were, we explained what happened but he wouldn't hear it.  Instead,  he swore at and belittled the office help even though he was offered a return trip back right away!  We really don't know what to do to make this person happy, we never service him, we never took a ***** from him for goodness sakes we have never even met him.  He currently has untruths about our company via social media.  This has been documented and will go under review.   We do however apologize for whatever trouble this has caused him but we really did show up to ************** door.  As far as the statement " unethical, discriminatory" the customer makes?  This has zero merit considering the statements already made above and the customer not knowing the facts of anything he has read online.  We do however want to know what will make the customer happy?  Perhaps he can tell us.

    I think your company is a total rip off. Your service man did not do what was asked of him thus what I called you for was not taken care of... **** I called you back you refused to follow up with a service call unless I paid for an additional fee .totally poor business management. . And you didnt care that I said "you just lost a customer" .when in fact you lost 4 customers as I told my friends not to use you any more...And how can you be proud of your B>B>B rating when your business is not accredited with the ****** ************

    I think they should be BBB Accredited ******************** couldn't have done any better He was Kind and professional and Checked everything Before giving me a price and a Diagnosis Saving me Thousands The estimate that came out before ******************** said "$7000.00" with never touching my system ******************** took the whole thing to the Bones and charged me a little over $700+ Fixed it Now it is working great set up a check-up for next year No fuss No muss Who needs to look any further for a great Job
