    These POS ripped off my best friends mother. She paid them for work and signed a contract and these a******* will not return her call or refund her her money. These people are pure trash! Good for nothing but stealing from people who need the work done.

I NEED EVERYONE TO KNOW!***************** IS A THIEF DON'T USE HIS COMPANY https://www.rosshomeimprovementsinc.com/Hello all,I signed a contract with (****) **** Home Improvement July 2021 to completely remodel my bathroom to help my husband who had a Quadruple bypass surgery and my 89 yr old father-in-law who had always lived with us and couldn'tget in the tub. The bathroom was demoed and broken pipes repaired (July 2021). We haven't had a bathroom since. Since then my husband had 3 heart attacks in 7 weeks. Was in a coma with a ventilator. Underwent several operations, was sent to a rehabilitation home in Niles with a ventilator to breath. The family was there with him every day because he couldn't talk nor help himself. I have contacted **** and he sent several people to look at the bathroom and measure but they never came back. I continue to try to contact **** but he does not respond to my calls or texts. I've even asked for a reimbursement for abandonment of contract. I still have a demolished bathroom.This Mothers Day, May 8, 2022 my husband passedaway. It was totally unexpected, heartbreaking and devastating to me and my family.
