    Order for food was placed on 12/08/2023 at 6:49pm. Order number ****. Order total $67.58. Ordered from location at ******************************************. I am not complaining about that location, I am filing a complaint against the customer care team. They sign their emails as:Dough management Inc.Office Administrator ************************* I contacted Dominos customer support the same day to explain the food was not cooked properly and arrived in terrible condition. I did not hear back until 12/14/2023 when I was told I would be issued a full refund to my bank account associated with transaction. I waited and no refund. Finally I emailed them again on February 9th, 12th, and 14th asking where the refund was. I didn't hear anything back until I contacted Dominos customer support complaint form again on 02/15/2024. They finally emailed me saying the refund didn't go through so they asked for it to be fixed, apparently it never was and now there's nothing they can do other than offer $70 in store credit which is not what I was promised and after waiting MONTHS to hear anything after I had to contact them and complain again. Unacceptable and I want the money back they took for food that was not made the right way.
