    Their management team is complete of liars, adulterers, bigots, bullies and scammers.The apartments are covered in mold, bugs including cockroaches, cigarette smoke stains sweat through the paint. ** ******** ***** **** * ******* *** ** *** ******** *** ******** ******** *** ***** ****** ***** ***** **** *** ***** ** *** ***** ****** The accountant makes ****** comments to other tenants about war torn refugees that live on the property because he doesnt like them. This same man has also had HR called on him for sexually harassing a coworker and he continues to work there, he is rude to women tenants. They are evicting a single Hispanic mother for an incident that did not happen on their property with a person that doesnt live on the property. They neglect tenants complaints of drunk tenants and old men harrasing and threatening women tenants. They take advantage of tenants situations to evict them for no reason. They love to post eviction notices on doors at night so they dont have to deal with the tenants for paying rents one day late. Multiple tenants have left due to the management personnel, they raised their rent during Covid they raised their rent to long term tenants up to 800 more a month so they can leave and they can remodel and up rent the apartments. Their laundry room is filthy and the machines dont work and they take your money and you dont get a refund. If you want to get taken advantage and not be heard then this is the place for you.
