  First time replacing a roof at our home. Scared and timid about getting this done but we knew that our roof needed to be replaced soon or later. We were seeing small water marks on the second floor bathrooms and knew that our roof was very old. We had been referred to Ace Home Construction from a friend that had recently replaced their roof and we had a very wonderful experience with these guys.********** (CK) to the construction crew to the administration people in the office were very kind and friendly to explain all the small details about the process from start to end.CK explained and wrote up everything needed for our insurance claim. Construction crew came on time and finished everything on time. They even cleaned up spotless after all the construction had been completed. I needed some paper after a month the construction had been completed and their administrative lady in the office still remembered us and helped us out ASAP. From start to end, we had a phenomenal experience and would recommend these guys to anyone that needs a new roof!

  This complain is in regards on how unlawful ******************* is running his business. First of all, someone who's speak Spanish offer a free roof over a phone call, we accepted because our roof is leaking and we need a new roof, then someone else show up, without identifications, by at the property to access the supposedly hail damages on our property, on the date of the free inspection no one communicated with my dad, who doesn't speak English then got my dad to sign the letter of representation witch no body explain to him the this firm is entire to take 30% of the claim is for a total amount of and never provided us with a copy as he should of. In addition, he did not review the insurance policy. He should have checked it since we have a roof schedule meaning the insurance is only going to pay 46%, which we were not aware of at the time. **** was wrongfully misleading a claim without knowledge in the policy as bad adjustment practices. Someone show up to our property to "gather more documentation (pictures from our roof) " but in fact they came to make damages in my dad property witch we are aware now because we call few local license roofing companies and they been telling us the same the roof has been vandalized he did this without or consent. Duke also, did not kept us updated with the claim, he did not give us a heads up when they came to our property with the insurance and he also did not mention that he had received the insurance check around 8/22/23, we come to find out he got the check around a month later when my dad called his agent, then he forwards us the insurance estimate , then he show up demanding to get the check endorse and $3500 for ************ he won't do gutter and window wraps because he wasn't aware of the schedule in the roof, so my dad won't have the cash cause he lives in a fix income ,then **** was upset and took the insurance check with him. Till this day we are still waiting for **** to give us a respond, would never recommend!

  We visited your father at his residence on July 26, 2023 for a free roof inspection that was scheduled by our **** Service Provider. We examined his roof and believed there was hail damage, so we explained him our process and asked if he wanted to proceed. His English was good enough for us to explain our *******s and process to him and he willingly signed the contracts. We always provide to our customers a folder which includes copies of contract that they sign along with our business card or contact information. We always do let our customers know about our 30% PA ******* charge, because this is something that weve always had an issue with, and that this ******* charge is waived if they select our preferred Contractor for their construction. We opened a claim on behalf of your father with his insurance company on 8/8/2023. We always inform our customers via text or phone call once a claim has been opened. Then, an inspection was scheduled for his roof with his insurance company for 8/19/2023. We also notified him of this inspection date and time via text on 8/10/2023 at 10:49am, and he even replied back asking who will be there. We let him know that we will be there along with an inspector from his insurance company, in which he replied Ok fine.An inspection took place and his insurance approved for a full replacement of his roof, however, it was then we found out that he had RPS on his policy. We arranged for a meeting with him, and we explained to him that if he wants to replace his entire roof, he would have to pay his portion of RPS per his insurance policy. We also explained to him that once we tear off the roof and find any rotten or damaged plywood, we would have to replace them, obviously, and that he may have to pay out of pocket for them. We also explained that sometimes insurance companies will pay for the plywood as supplement as long as we can provide them with information about the Village code. We never demand plywood payment upfront from our customers because we will not know the situation until the old roof is torn off. They mentioned that they do not want to pay anything out of pocket, so we informed that if they do not proceed with the construction per contract, they will have to pay the 30% PA fee as stated in the contract.He never directly requested nor sent us a request in writing for us for the release this claim. Should our customers ask, we always send our release letter to the insurance company. We also do not have any invoices for ****************, because we did not charge him for any of our *******s. We try our best to work with our customers, but when they do not want to proceed because their only choices are to either pay out of pocket to do the construction that they want us to do because their insurance policy will not cover it, or pay our 30% PA fee per contract to break the contract, there is not much we can do for them.

  I recently had a great experience with Ace Home Construction. They communicated with our insurance company to make sure it would be covered and I had to do little to nothing. They did everything according to schedule, communicated well with us via phone and text. I was told what my deductible would be and there were no surprise charges. Roof was done in a day and gutters the next. The roofers were nice, polite, and very hard working. The sun went down by the time they finished the roof and they took out flash lights to make sure they cleaned up after themselves. If you think you need work on your house definitely hire AHC.

  The staff of ACE Home Constructions from start to finish was exceptional. They used quality materials for roofing and siding, along with professional work. They finished the new roof in a day and a half, and the siding around the whole house was done in a week. The workers kept the area clean during and after the construction. The turnaround time was phenomenal. We would definitely recommend ACE Home Constructions.
