Date of Transaction: The contract was received on December 21, 2023, and payment was made in January 2024.Amount of Money Paid: $7,000 USD.What the Business Committed to Provide in a nutshell:The Six-Figure Esthetician agreed to provide services over three months (January to March 2024) to develop, optimize, and launch my online course, Sweet Success Sugaring ********** was discussed and mutually agreed that these three months would be ***************** included:Social media optimization and engagement coaching for ******** and Instagram.Coaching on lead magnet creation, sales page development, copywriting, Thinkific training, and course build-out.The contract specified that it was not a "done-for-you" service but a coaching/mentorship agreement where I would have to execute specific tasks.Nature of the Dispute:The primary issue is that the value of services provided does not appear to align with the $7,000 cost, nor have they completed the services as listed in the agreement. I requested a clear breakdown of what was delivered to justify the payment but have not received a satisfactory response. While the contractor claims to have gone "above and beyond" the agreement terms, I am seeking clarification on the specific services rendered and how they equate to the amount paid. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this via email, I have not received a detailed response, leading me to believe that I may not have received the total value of the services promised, let alone their claim of going above and beyond.Has the Business Tried to Resolve the Problem?:Yes, the business offered to schedule a call to discuss my concerns, but I requested to continue communication via email for documentation purposes.Despite my requests for a breakdown of services, the business has responded with general statements about efforts made and services provided but has not provided the requested detailed breakdown.
