    I hired the company to wash my windows at my house. I was given a quote online. I was given a time window when the cleaner would arrive. The cleaner arrived early outside arrival window at the busiest time of my day and insisted that they charge me for a different number of windows than quoted. I agreed as I wanted to get the job done. The cleaner started and in the middle of the work, left and got into a car outside my house and proceeded to stay in there for 45 minutes. He then came back and said it was his girlfriend and kept cleaning the windows. At this point, the session had taken way longer than originally described, and I had to start a meeting. The cleaner finished the windows and I paid while I was in the middle of a work phone call. That afternoon I saw that several of the windows were smudged and it did not look like they were washed. I reached out to the business owner and he said he would send somebody back out to clean the windows. Weeks went by and I did not hear anything so I reached out again. A few days later, they sent the same cleaner back out to my house and again, he arrived earlier than expected. He was debating with me which windows had been done, and I said I sent pictures immediately after the service and there shouldnt be any back-and-forth. I told him I would be able to speak with him in 20 minutes as I was busy getting my kids out the door. He kept trying to ask me questions. It was incredibly stressful and not a good experience. I told the business owner to have the cleaner leave. I looked at the windows and again, they were completely smudged. I let the business owner know I was unhappy. He offered a $20 which is insulting what I paid originally. He said they would come back and clean again. At this point, I wasnt interested in seeing the same cleaner yet again. I said I wanted a refund and the business owner said I am wasting his time and I am a difficult person to work with. My time and money has been wasted, not theirs.

Your feedback is very important to us, and I regret that the situation caused you stress and frustration. First, I sincerely apologize for the cleaner arriving outside of the agreed time window and for any unprofessional behavior you experienced. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. I also understand your disappointment with the quality of the window cleaning and the way your concerns were handled afterward. I want to make this right. While we previously offered a $20 compensation, I understand that didnt reflect the value of your time or the inconvenience caused. Id like to offer you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and to show that we take your feedback seriously. We are also reviewing this matter internally to ensure such situations dont happen again in the future. Please confirm the best way for us to issue your refund of $196 , and again, I truly apologize for the experience.
