We understand that you are unhappy with the credit card processing fee that was charged on your recent transaction with us.As a business, we strive to provide our customers with a wide range of payment options, including debit and credit cards. However, credit and debit card processing fees are a standard industry practice, and we pass these fees along to our customers in order to continue accepting these types of payments.We apologize if this was not made clear to you at the time of your transaction. We would like to clarify that even if you use a debit card, it will still be processed as a credit card transaction if you do not enter a PIN number. This means that a processing fee will still be applied.Going forward, we will make sure to communicate this policy more clearly to our customers so that there is no confusion.We value your business and hope that you will continue to work with us in the future.
