    Our company uses Practice Fusion, and we've been looking to change our billing. We contacted Kaizen as a partnered company, and requested pricing. When I called, as the office manager, I was given a list of options for what we were seeking. As we continued to look around, the company owner decided to contact Kaizen again, letting them know that we'd like to sign up with them. At that time, he too was provided a list of pricing to meet our needs. They sent over the contract, and low and behold, there was a $500.00 set-up fee (supposedly discounted), that was never mentioned to either of us. Not once. When they returned our call to question the amount, I asked why the amount was excluded in previous discussions, and she replied, it wasn't. The service information provided was that it was month to month agreement, with no contract, and I did let them know that we only needed it for six weeks, as we're in a transition stage. It sounded perfect, but a company that hides fees, not once, but twice, then denies the exclusion of said cost, and justifies it because it's a discounted rate, is ridiculous, disreputable, unprofessional, and terrible business practice.

    This company is horrible. I have called and emailed over 10 times since November and have not received a single response. I dont want my bills to end up at Collections, so Ive been paying them and they have no problem cashing my checks, but will not talk to me. I feel that I have been double billed and I believe they owe me money at this point and they wont talk to me. I gave them a fair shot before I reported them to the BBB. But Im fed up. Im switching doctors because the doctor is as horrible as this billing service.
