    Date of transaction was 01/22/2025, I ordered by mail 2 tubes of their Miracle Polish that was advertised in my Country Living magazine. I never received my order and when you call the toll free number that is provided in the article which is **************, you get ********** When you call ************** you can't get ahold of anyone and it tells you on a recording to go through ****** or *******. I sent them a personal check through the mail for this item like it said I could do in the picture attached below, that was in the magazine, and I have received nothing. I believe this is a fraudulent company and I want my money back. I'd also like other consumers to be aware of this company and the false advertising.

    I purchased a 2 oz. tube of MAAS metal polish to use on my kitchen cabinet hardware on February 2, 2022 from Amazon at the cost of $38.75. I have used this product in the past and it is wonderful.Around May 8, 2022 I started the process of cleaning/polishing my kitchen hardware. This project took me until the end of May to complete.Im very pleased with the results. When I went to put the polish away I noticed that the plastic cap was broken so I cant close the tube of polish. I called the company at ************ the first time I spoke to a person about my issue and she took my number and said someone would call me back. After not hearing from someone in a week I called the company back. I have left 10 messages for someone to call me back and no one has called me back yet. The product has dried up even though I have plastic wrap over the tube. I want the company to send me another tube of polish or reimburse me a portion of my money back.
