Im very upset how the new corporation has made a beautiful animal cemetery look like a deserted place. Ive buried 11 animals there in the past 40 years and I have never seen it look this bad. ****** fallen down not picked back up and put on a concrete pad so they wont fall over. Holes in the ground in front of the animals stones. ********************* made sure all plots were taken care of and all stone were supported so the wouldnt fall. It used to be like a park when you would go there. Now you have to look before you walk anywhere so you dont fall into a hole and break your ankle. Trees not taken care of and hanging to the ground. The gate has a broken latch for the past couple of years. Never replaced. These animals are our family and I know I want it to look as beautiful as if I was laid to rest there. If I could I would take up all of my animals and have them cremated and buried with me when I pass. I chose the wrong final resting place for my animals that brought me so much love. Im very heartbroken again and tears that will never go away.

Our family has been using this location for several years, since the 70s. We never had a problem. Recently, new owners took over. Our issue is that we paid to have bushes planted by various gravesites. We had a **** in one location , since ****. Now, the cemetery decided to cut that **** down, saying its in the way of a path, all of a sudden. They said that they would offer me a new **** to plant , beside one of our other ******. Problem is , is that they want me to pay for it . What ? I told them that I did not ask to have the **** removed. The **** was healthy for 40 years. Now , the new owners want to rip me off! Our paperwork said that the purchase of the ****, was a one time charge for ever. I feel that these people should give me a new plant, in another location. How do I know that they wont someday decide to remove the new **** also. This **** was purchased by my Grandmother, it should still be there! They never even advised us that they were going to do this. TERRIBLE way to treat loyal customers! This should be a No- Brainer.
