    About 3 weeks ago on May 17th 2024 I went to this business to get my stars done on my cars headliner. When I picked it up after it being done when I was home I noticed that there was cracks all over headliner as you can see in the pictures I attached below. This wasnt there before because my car is brand new 2024. It barely had less than 2000 miles when I had gotten the stars done. Another thing just the next day was the light of the middle headliner had fallen of as you can see in the picture I attached below. Then I tried turning it on and it wouldnt turn on. I went back to them where I was told that it would take 30 minutes because I was on a time crunch. It ended up taking them 3 hours and the only thing they fixed for me was the light turning on. I attached a picture below where the cover for the light still wont stay on. They claimed they cant compensate gas or anything. I spoke to a couple people in this industry and they used to work for this one company called Carguyschicago. They used to use photos of their work to promote their own company. When I went to get the starlights done they also used their name. This is intended scamming. I would like a full refund. Also would like them to not he in business but I spoke to someone who knows them and they told me that they might not even have a license to do the work they do. If there is a possibility you guys can try and figure out if they dont have a license and are scamming people for business they arent certified for I would love for people to not get their hard earned money taken away from them. I hope to hear back soon thank you!
