    I hired this company as general contractors for a bathroom remodel in my home. I was given a quote for the work to be done, but no consumer rights pamphlet, which I have come to find is a necessary step in the process. The project began on June 16, ************************** on July 15th when major construction issues were brought to my attention by a friend. Since that time, I have had 3 outside contractors come in to evaluate the work that had been done in the bathroom (demo, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, tiling) and each contractor was able to identify multiple serious issues with work being done by Ferguson Full Circle, including plumbing and waterproofing methods not up to building codes. Beyond these major issues, there was also damage done to rooms outside of the bathroom done by this company during the demo of the bathroom. I have reached out to Ferguson Full Circle to discuss the issues and the predicament they have left me in and they have ignored my attempts. I now have to start the project over with another company, have lost the money paid to Ferguson Full Circle and have been left without a bathroom for almost 3 months now. I also believe the contractors with this company are most likely unlicensed and not qualified to do the job the are advertising that they do. I believe that they will do major damage in other peoples homes if they are allowed to continue on this path.
