    January 14, 2025 To this day, I have paid $3900 for an orthodontics appliance made, promoted, and advised by this company, Healthy start. Upon getting this appliance I was sold the appliance by my daughter's dentist. Upon getting the appliance, and her wearing it for the whole time I have come to realize the package that the company and dentist sold me has not been full filled and I have completely over paid. I called my dentist and I have made many many attempts to call and email the Healthy start company solely to get information on who is responsible for frauding us with this sales company Healthy start. I have gone as far as making another appointment with another dentist outside of area that sells the appliance to get their consultation and opinion on what has happened with my daughter's mouth and whether we have or have not been frauded. Again, I have made many attempts to get a hold of Healthy start to try to get clarification on what went wrong and who is held responsible but have had no luck getting the company to take my inquiries seriously. When one tries to call the company they have to leave a message or email. I have done this several times.
