  This is a complaint against Golden Needle Cleaners and Tailors, ********************************************. Phone number ************. Basically, this business is a scam. They do not have published pricing and will charge you whatever they please. Sometimes, they will tell you that they will call you prior to any work regarding the price but they dont. Comparing the pricing to some of the local providers show $11.95 at Rinse Dry Cleaning (link below), and $4.95 at Urban Cleaners (link below) as comparable rates for jacket drycleaning.On 2/21, I dropped of two jackets to be dry cleaned. They gave me the attached receipt which clearly says $0 and 2 pieces. In good faith, I did not ask about the cost. On 2/24, I went to pick up the jackets and much to my surprise they said $77 for dry cleaning. When I complained to the lady, she rudely told me to get out and walked away. o Invoice (only produced when I went to pick up the drycleaning) o $32.95 charged for the second jacket o $44.95 charged for the north face jacket is medium sized but the receipt is large Since then, I have reported the matter to ** Attorney General at the following site ****************************************************************. Reference #:OAG2023-000121352. Rinse Dry Cleaning pricing: ********************* Urban Cleaners pricing: **********************************************************, there are other people who have also suffered from Golden Needle scam. **************************************************************** As a result, I am looking for $53.10 as a refund from Golden Needle. $77 ($11.95 + $11.95) = $53.10. I would like you to investigate this matter and force the business to post pricing sheet on their website and in their store that is visible to customers like other businesses.

  Mr ******************* was Complaint our cleaning  price 

  We are  conversations was each other's  negotiation with refunds whatever he wanted amount. 3/7/2023  8: 30 pm  ************* ask first time refunds $30.00. he will pickup the check at the cleaners. 

  I agree with him. 

  but next day he called changed his mind refunds  $53.10 and  Send the mail. So, 

  We're fine send to check  that amount. it was sand mail.

  
  

  One things  is fact.

  We never rude for him ,any how he is our  regular customers! 

   Also we have 30 years  business in the same location .

  For reference, averages price in my neighborhood  are all on the expensive side.
