    By far the best moving experience I've ever had! The group was timely, efficient and professional. All of our things were packed and neatly organized by *** A and his team. They were able to put everything where it needed to be in our new home. No challenge was too hard, and they were prepared for everything - making sure storage items went where they should be and removing doors in record time to get our large couch through. They were respectful with our things and our home. Though I feel we will be in our new home for a while, I would not hesitate to hire them again!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free move.

    The best service! **** *. and ****** truly saved me! I would have had a breakdown with out them. They came and boxed up all my items, brought them to my storage AND then brought the remainder to my new place. It was a LONG day and they had the best happy attitude the entire time! MADE IT SO EASY! 10 out of 5 stars!

    Big Shoulders Moving and Storage were great from pick up to delivery. Movers arrived for pick up when they said (in spite of 6 inches of snow), were efficient and careful with everything. All the paperwork was gone through carefully. Delivery was a similar experience - very professional, no issues. Great experience all around. Thank you!

    Big Shoulders Moving & Storage was amazing! The whole team made my move so much easier and way less stressful than I expected. They were super friendly, on time, and handled all my stuff with care. Even my fragile items made it in one piece no scratches, no damage, nothing! They were really patient and made sure everything was set up the way I wanted. It felt like they genuinely cared about making the move go smoothly. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and easy to work with, Id definitely recommend Big Shoulders. They made a tough day way better than I thought it could be!

    This company was really professional and competent. I hate moving because its too much sometimes but ****** was very respectful and made my moving experience a breeze!!! It was all done in a timely manner too. Since I move a lot due to the military, I'll definitely be using them again!!!

    Company was contracted through Broker, Interstate ********************************************** No complaints about anything loaded to the truck - however, the employees stole items from my garage such as cans of Flexseal; I gave them a $100 car **** that I did not need, AND they demanded $40/per person loading as a tip on top of that. On top of the $15,000 I was scammed into paying by the broker. No loading manifest was created in my presence; items were loaded to two trucks. There was one layover day between pickup and delivery. The same two trucks did not deliver; all of my items were offloaded from the original trucks to a new truck for final destination, where the manifest was created. No one mentions they offload and reload trucks in between - ANYTHING can happen in that scenario; that is BAD BUSINESS. Anything can be stolen or damaged. Lots of furniture damage, damage to the walls of the stairwell of destination as they shoved the exercise equipment down and ruined the walls instead of further disassembly. The employees DO NOT MENTION you have to acknowledge damage to walls/structure AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY and cannot claim damage after the fact. Delivery employees also demanded $40/per person tip. It would have been much cheaper to sell everything and buy new at the destination state. The only reason I do not give one star is because they handled the damage claim directly versus having to go through the Broker. However, they never released the claim check and I had to follow up myself to have it sent. Office staff is pleasant and helpful, but the employees doing the heavy labor cannot be trusted. I am missing so many items that you would may not discover until a year after the move. They have you cornered once you sign. Worst experience ever. Make certain to hire the local mover directly and not a contracted Broker. Sell everything you can if moving out of state.
