    The worst company I've ever dealt with! Rude, bulling, and wouldn't communicate or respond. They 1) initially failed to leave a vintage large mirror, 2) then were to deliver it late - which didn't happen, 3) then poorly packaged it to ship causing it to be totally damaged beyond repair, and 4) failed to pay out the piddly $18 that their HORRIBLE insurance approved. RUN from this company! No idea what customer service is in any shape or form! He whined that he lost $243 trying to ship the mirror! Too bad, you refused to package it appropriately per *** and they wouldn't insure it because of your choice! Besides this - they 1) postponed the move several days, 2) told me they were coming at 630pm on a Sunday AND if it didn't happen TODAY, I was out of luck and would lose my money, 3) didn't show up until after 930PM to load, 4) supposed to deliver by 8am the next morning, didn't show up until ****pm! If I hadn't called at **** and got them out of bed, who knows when they would have showed up. 5) AND I was harrassed on the phone for money while I was driving, 6) tried to hike the money due substantially when they arrived. I told him I'd pay when I arrived BUT NO that wasn't good enough. RUDE, BULLY, THREATENING to keep my furniture! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Worst experience I have ever had with a mover. They were hired by a broker we used and they are incredibly unprofessional, we're never on time, made us wait months for our belongings. Continually asked for money without sending invoices or a delivery date, threatened delayed delivery without payment despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, txt, email, everything but a smoke signal. DO.NOT.USE.THEM!

    Easy Movers initially seemed like a good company with good communication and organization. After arriving a day late to the initial move date and an additional three hours late to the modified moving time they ended up charging us $1400+ than originally stated. Then a single day move turned I to the day after move and the ******* for the second day crew left as soon as the receiving documents were signed, without giving me a copy. I ended up having to assist the two crew members as it was extremely hot and they fell behind quickly and didnt want this to become a three day move. Finally moved in I realized that we double paid one of the fees near $500 and reached out to get reimbursed. They said they would send a check that didnt arrive after two weeks. So I reached out again and they said they resent it and we should expect it in 3-5 days. It has now been 7 days and they wont answer my calls anymore. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company even though both crews were great people and very helpful, the company is unhelpful and not worth your time or money.
