    On the night of December 9th around 7 PM I ordered online from IMO's in **********, **, It stated our food would be delivered between 8pm -810PM. When our food arrived around 755PM the driver had the wrong food and it was a lot more expensive as well. We had already paid for our food in advance. The driver said he had to return to the store to get our food. I then proceeded to call the store direct and let them know what happened. I was hoping for some kind of compensation on their part for the mix up. The woman on the phone was beyond rude and proceeded to tell me that we would not be getting our food and hung up on me. My husband called back and was extremely nice and patient on the phone with the same woman and again explained our situation. He was getting no where again and he asked to speak with the Manager and she explained that she is the Manager. Then proceeded to say you will get your food and hung up on him as well. When the driver returned with our food we decided we did not want it from that store. My husband explained that to him the driver asked, oh my what did SHE do? My husband explained she was very rude. We never did get her name, but she was on duty on 12/9/2023 at around 8PM, NEVER ordering from that IMO's again.
