    On 9/5, employees started to dig up a hole in my yard with no advanced notice. I attempted to speak to someone that was in my yard, and he can only communicate via Google Translate because he does not speak English. He called someone and gave the phone to me and this person at ************ told me that their work would be done at end of day (6:00 p.m.) and that the hole would be covered. At 6:24, they finished their work, but still had a hole in my yard. The guy also said that was to have received a door hanger, which I never received. Today, the work continues and I spoke to the guy again and he was completely unprofessional. I asked for a timeline, and his only responses were that "when we are done" and "I don't give timelines to anyone". I told him that I would file a complaint and he wished me good luck. This company is extremely unprofessional with their work and their attitude. The company failed to supply with the necessary information to understand what is going on and with working from home, other arrangements could have been made to ensure that our work is uninterrupted. They block all access to my house (block the roads and now there is even a truck in front of my driveway as I am typing this....so IF we needed to leave, we cannot.
