    I paid 200 dollars for Senegalese twist I asked for them to be small & full because my hair is thick. She then said we do smedium for 200$ i then kept asking the girl while she was doing my hair to please make them full she said is this your first time here I said yes she said relax I got you only to be done with my hair in 3 hrs. everyone I get my hair done by it takes 8 1/2 hours so I knew she messed up my hair. She got done I told her I did not like my hair & this is not full and requested that she fix my hair. The owner said she will not fix my hair so I refused to pay until they fixed my hair she locked the door so I called the police they came & said if I dont pay I will be arrested I told the police that I want them to fix my hair then Ill pay and the unprofessional owner stated no we wont fix it I payed and yall look at my hair. I took it down & paid someone to do me some box braids. I went to my appointment on 4/14/2023

    I paid this establishment for a braiding service, and they failed to fix my hair after I saw the results were not what I wanted. I asked if they could at least return me half of the ****** that I paid for the service, and they told me that they would redo the style. I asked when I could return, and they retracted their statement and said they saw nothing wrong with the style.
