    On 9/2/2022 my blood was it drawn by quest diagnostics. On 9/6/2022 I was informed by quest diagnostics that the test was not performed. I called Quest diagnostics to find out why. I was given different answers. One answer was they didnt know what happened. Second suggestion wars from there to call the doctors ******. They claim that they have been talking to doctors ******. I called the doctors ****** to find out if there was communications between them and quest diagnostics. I was told nobody has called them. Sod doctor ****** in called quest diagnostics to find out what happened. My doctors ****** was told that there was an error taking the blood sample but they are not sure if that is the case. I am not getting any clear answer from quest diagnostics what happened. There is no other resource for me at quest diagnostics to talk to. I need the test results as soon as possible for a diagnostic procedure.
